Job Summary

Streamline Search is seeking a highly skilled Construction Project Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our construction services team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning: Define project scope, objectives, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Task Coordination: Coordinate tasks and activities with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project completion.
  • Resource Management: Identify and allocate necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, to meet project requirements.
  • Cost Estimation: Develop and manage project budgets, including estimating costs, tracking expenses, and identifying areas for cost savings.
  • Communication: Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure effective communication and project progress.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and mitigate potential project risks, delays, and issues to ensure project success.
  • Quality Control: Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in construction project coordination, planning, or management.
  • Skills: Proficient in MS Project, Asana, Trello, or other project management software; excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
