We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to take on the role of Gymnastics Facility Supervisor at our vibrant and welcoming club. This position is essential for developing and expanding our gymnastics offerings, catering to participants from early childhood through to elite levels.

Salary: Starting at £29,078.00 per annum (dependent on experience and coaching qualifications)

Comprehensive training and career advancement opportunities will be provided, including on-the-job training in areas such as safeguarding, DBS, and first aid.

Our gymnastics center is equipped with a state-of-the-art multi-activity facility featuring a full array of gymnastics apparatus suitable for all ages and skill levels.

Programs available at our center include:

  • Recreational gymnastics
  • Preschool gymnastics
  • Special Educational Needs (SEN) sessions
  • Holiday programs
  • Parent and toddler classes
  • Baby exploration sessions
  • Birthday celebrations
  • Adult gymnastics

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee various gymnastics classes tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
  • Enhance the class schedule and introduce innovative programs.
  • Ensure all activities comply with British Gymnastics standards and regulations.
  • Supervise and mentor our coaching staff to broaden our service offerings.
  • Communicate effectively with parents regarding their children's progress.
  • Guarantee that the gymnasium is staffed with qualified coaches at all times.
  • Uphold welfare and safeguarding protocols in accordance with British Gymnastics guidelines.

Essential Skills:

  • Must hold a British Gymnastics Level 2 coaching qualification or higher.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • A quick learner with excellent organizational capabilities and a positive role model.
  • Previous experience in a management role is advantageous.
