Job Overview

Our Manufacturing/Production Teams transform raw materials into finished goods and ensure component flow. As a Production Operator II, you'll perform changeovers and setups according to production schedules, conduct quality checks, and document results. You'll also maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to TE Connectivity's EH&S policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work within the team to perform various stages of production, adhering to Lean Manufacturing principles, Quality, Safety, General Standards, and Company Procedures.
  • Notify supervision of any issues affecting production schedules.
  • Prepare and complete documentation accurately and on time.
  • Report deviations to supervision promptly and assist in resolving non-compliances.
  • Contribute to process improvements, quality, and continuous improvement within the department.
  • Comply with training procedures and stay up-to-date on updates to General Standards.
