We are seeking a skilled 3.5T Car Transporter Driver to join our team at Kindertons Accident Management, part of ExamWorksUK. As a key member of our fleet operations, you will be responsible for the safe delivery and collection of our fleet vehicles and customer vehicles across your designated depot area.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation of hire fleet vehicles for delivery to customers, adhering to procedures and completing required documents.
- Ensure vehicles required for the next day's deliveries are accounted for and prepared.
- Organize the depot parking area, allocating vehicles to designated areas as directed by depot management.
- Prepare the yard for easy access for collection of vehicles by salvage agents or other Kindertons employees.
- Assist depot administrators in dealing with damaged fleet vehicles, photographing and taking for estimate and repair.
- Deliver, collect, or swap vehicles as required by depot management.
- Work collaboratively with the team, attending meetings and contributing where appropriate.
To be successful in this role, you must have held your license for 2 years or more, with no more than 6 points, and be confident driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
We are a Disability Confident employer and require an offer of employment to be subject to a DBS check.
What We OfferWe provide a competitive starting salary, including 1/2 an hour break paid each day. You will also receive 30 days' holiday, with Bank Holidays paid at time and a quarter. Overtime above standard working hours is paid at time and a half.
