Role Overview
Rodericks Dental Partners is committed to delivering exceptional patient care through quality dentistry. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and clean environment for our dentists and staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Clean designated areas to the highest standards
- Adhere to cleaning protocols and regulations, including COSHH and Health & Safety guidelines
- Maintain accurate cleaning records and ensure compliance with National Standards of Healthcare Cleanliness
- Implement Infection Control measures and ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment
- Perform waste management tasks, excluding hazardous or sharp waste
- Understand and maintain confidentiality
- Carry out additional tasks as reasonably requested by management
Requirements and Skills
- Previous cleaning experience in a similar role
- Understanding of COSHH regulations is desirable
- High attention to detail and excellent timekeeping
- Ability to work independently and achieve client vetting clearance
