Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join our team at Turner & Townsend. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading project management commissions, ensuring end-to-end service delivery, and acting as the key client interface.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead project management commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery.
  • Act as the key client interface, ensuring client objectives are met and projects are delivered to time and cost targets.
  • Manage project planning, including ensuring the production of detailed project plans.
  • Advising on procurement of resources, leading and facilitating the overall cross-functional project team.
  • Monitor and apply performance management techniques, including the use of KPIs to improve project performance.
  • Manage the change control process, monitoring and advising on project finances.
  • Manage the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
  • Ensure the production of formal project progress and other reports.
  • Take a leading role in interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.

Requirements:

  • Degree qualified in a relevant discipline.
  • Professionally qualified (MCIOB/APM or similar).
  • Proven experience managing Real Estate projects, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • Ability to successfully manage and prioritise more than one project at a time.
