Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced 7.5 ton HGV driver to join our team at Staffing Match. As a 7.5 ton HGV driver, you will be responsible for driving a 7.5 ton vehicle, working with an experienced driver or driver's mate, and delivering goods to customers' homes or flats.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive a 7.5 ton vehicle safely and efficiently
  • Work with an experienced driver or driver's mate to deliver goods to customers' homes or flats
  • Unload goods and deliver to the room of choice
  • Complete paperwork and documentation
  • Perform heavy lifting and handling of goods

Requirements:

  • 7.5 ton HGV license or above
  • CPC and Digi card
  • Minimum 6 months experience as a 7.5 ton HGV driver
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work long days and flexible hours
  • DBS and drug and alcohol test
  • No more than 6 penalty points or disqualifications
