Market Risk Analyst - VBA/Python - Derivatives

Kite Consulting Group is currently seeking a Market Risk Analyst to support the oversight of real-time risk assessments and daily trading activities. In this multifaceted role, you will collaborate closely with the trading team, focusing on daily risk evaluation, reporting, and enhancing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive risk analysis across the trading portfolio
  • Prepare detailed risk reports for stakeholders
  • Develop and implement VBA/Python tools to streamline internal workflows
  • Review trading positions and limits regularly

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in a Market Risk-focused position
  • Strong understanding of risk methodologies, including VAR and Stress Testing
  • Technical proficiency in VBA and/or Python is preferred
  • Familiarity with Futures & Options is highly desirable, though experience with other asset classes will also be considered
