- Conduct assessments, spot checks, shadow shifts, and care plan reviews.
The Field Care Supervisor role is based predominantly out in the field, managing the care team.
The Ideal Candidate:- Extensive care experience with a proven track record in providing consistent excellent customer service.
- Good knowledge and understanding of compliance and legislative requirements of the Care Standards regulations.
We are looking for a candidate who can make a real difference in the lives of older people and is passionate about delivering exceptional care services.
