Position Overview
We are looking for dedicated Traffic Control Specialists to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in the setup, maintenance, and dismantling of various Temporary Traffic Control systems including cones, signage, frames, sandbags, and traffic signals on both high-speed and low-speed roadways, ensuring adherence to all company policies and relevant national standards.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess experience in roadway operations, ideally with a background in the construction sector. While Lantra approved 12D or 12 A/B certifications are preferred, we are committed to providing training and development for individuals who demonstrate the requisite skills and potential. A valid UK Clean Driver's License is mandatory, and an HGV License would be beneficial.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
We seek individuals who exhibit a flexible, proactive, and energetic approach to their work, as the role can be physically demanding. Candidates should possess the ability to foresee challenges and devise solutions, along with the capability to collaborate effectively with team members in both formal and informal settings. The role requires shift work, including evenings, night shifts, and weekends, with the possibility of additional hours as needed. On-call duties may also be required.
