Job Title: Site Operative

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Site Operative to join our team at Teaching Personnel. As a Site Operative, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our client's school.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out general maintenance and upkeep of school buildings and grounds
  • Assist with site security, including opening and locking up the premises
  • Conduct minor repairs and liaise with contractors when necessary
  • Ensure the school is clean and safe for students, staff, and visitors
  • Support with event setups and equipment moving
  • Report any health and safety concerns
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential
  • Practical skills for basic repairs and maintenance
  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and good time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure environment for children
