About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a General Service Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and supporting our food and beverage operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to our clients and guests
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including the kitchen, dining areas, and public spaces
  • Support our food and beverage operations, including serving customers, clearing tables, and washing dishes
  • Operate a bar service and handle cash transactions
  • Perform daily paperwork and maintain accurate records
  • Follow food hygiene and safety procedures
  • Report any feedback, complaints, or suggestions to your line manager
Requirements
  • Food Hygiene Certificate - Level 2 (desirable, but relevant training will be provided)
  • Previous experience in a similar role is desirable, but not necessary
  • Basic numeracy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
  • Must be able to work in all areas of the business, including the kitchen and bar
  • Transportation required (remote area with limited public transport)
  • Reasonable overtime may be required to support functions
  • DBS check required
