About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Domestic Assistant to join our team at Westgate House Care Centre. As a Domestic Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our public areas and staff facilities, while also developing positive relationships with our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all company operational standards are met in line with quality, cleanliness, infection control, health and safety, and business needs.
- Ensure all public areas and staff facilities meet company standards at all times.
- Report and follow up on maintenance issues to ensure all bedrooms are maintenance-free.
- Maintain and store equipment properly.
- Develop a positive relationship with all residents, staff, and visitors by becoming an integral part of the team.
About You:
We are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, who can work in a team and possess a caring nature and positive attitude. Previous experience in a similar position is desirable but not essential.
