Position: Retail Sales Trainer

Take the next step in your career by becoming an in-store trainer with Powerforce's Lenovo & Motorola team.
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent
Compensation: £24,000 to £25,000 annually + potential 15% bonus + Company vehicle
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week - occasional weekends for events/store training
Coverage Area: Manchester, Leeds, Blackpool, Sheffield, and nearby regions
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct engaging training sessions both in-person and online for in-store staff at technology retail outlets. Become a knowledgeable resource on Lenovo & Motorola products and share your insights. Drive sales by motivating and engaging team members with the brands. Enhance in-store product availability and visibility through effective merchandising, Point Of Sale (POS) materials, and fixture compliance. Assist with Lenovo and Motorola promotional events.What We Provide:
