We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join our dynamic team at LJW Solutions. As a key member of our property law department, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a caseload of residential property matters, including sales & purchase, freehold & leasehold, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
  2. Process cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  3. Liaise directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders to ensure seamless communication and efficient case progression.
  4. Develop professional relationships with clients and other potential sources of work to drive business growth and revenue.
  5. Generate a fee income in line with agreed targets, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  6. Manage your own work allocation, productivity, and quality of work with minimal supervision, showcasing your autonomy and self-motivation.

Requirements:

  1. Preferably 3+ years of post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing.
  2. Ability to work independently and manage your own caseload without supervision.
  3. Proven track record of billings and a strong understanding of the conveyancing process.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a passion for building and maintaining relationships with clients.
