Overview:

First Military Recruitment Ltd is working in partnership with our client to recruit a Site Visit Agent to join their team in Aberdeen.

About the Role:

We are seeking a well-organised and proactive Property Inspector to join our client's growing Property Management department.

This role presents an opportunity to join a vibrant and dynamic business, working independently and demonstrating initiative, with exceptional organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out development visits to ensure the upkeep of properties.
  • Recording findings on an iPad to maintain accurate records.
  • Obtaining meter electrical meter reads to monitor energy usage.
  • Identifying required repairs, both reactive and proactive, to maintain property condition.
  • Liaising with contractors to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Meeting with owners and assisting them with any queries they may have.
  • Assessing completed repairs to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Attending development visits with Residents Committees to maintain open communication.
  • Communicating effectively with the Associate Directors to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements:

  • Ability to use initiative and prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
  • An interest in property management and maintenance to drive success.
  • Excellent communication skills to build strong relationships.
  • Very strong organisational skills to maintain accurate records.
  • Strong work ethic to drive results.
  • Competent and confident using iPad apps to streamline operations.
