Job Title: Window Cleaner /Pay rate £16.23 p/h

Location : Warren Street

Starting time 6am to 1:30pm

Samsic UK is a leading facility management company dedicated to providing top-quality service to our clients. We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Window Cleaner to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Clean and maintain windows of various buildings, including commercial and residential properties
  • Use specialized tools and equipment to remove dirt, grime, and streaks from windows
  • Operate lifts and scaffolding to reach high or hard-to-reach windows
  • Remove and replace damaged or broken panes of glass
  • Inspect and repair window frames and sills as needed
  • Keep track of necessary supplies and report any equipment issues to the supervisor
  • Work in a safe and efficient manner to maintain a clean and professional appearance of windows
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in window cleaning or related field
  • Familiarity with cleaning solutions, chemicals, and equipment used in window cleaning
  • Ability to follow safety protocols and work at heights
  • Ideal SAEMA trained or able to pass exam in English
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
  • Physical fitness to lift and move heavy equipment and work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Attention to detail to ensure windows are streak-free and sparkling
