Grounds Operative Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of all outdoor areas including parking lots, pathways, and roadways.
  • Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as mowing, trimming, and general care of the park environment.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety regulations to ensure the safety of team members, guests, and property owners at all times.
  • Oversee the functionality of all equipment, developing and executing a maintenance schedule to ensure all tools are operational and compliant with safety standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Previous experience in a landscaping or grounds maintenance role is preferred.
  • Proficient in the operation of gardening tools and machinery.

Work Schedule:

  • 8-hour shifts
  • Seasonal 40-hour work weeks
  • Daytime hours
  • Work days from Monday to Sunday, five days a week.
