About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join our team at Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd. As a Maintenance Plumber, you will be responsible for carrying out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs across commercial and domestic sites in London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out PPMs, reactive repairs, and emergency call-out maintenance across commercial and domestic sites
  • Be on a call-out rota and travel to various sites across London, staying within the M25
  • Work with a range of plumbing and heating systems, including boilers and plant rooms
Requirements
  • NVQ level 2 in plumbing and heating with proven experience working in a building services environment
  • Ability to travel around London to multiple sites daily and be on a call-out rota
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
