About You:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Freight Business Development Manager who can demonstrate:
- Proven Experience: Proven experience in air/sea freight business development, sales, or a related field.
- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Exceptional negotiation and communication skills to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Results-Oriented Mindset: A results-oriented mindset, emphasizing the attainment and surpassing of sales objectives.
- Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM software.
- Flexibility and Travel: Flexibility for travel and a UK driving license are essential.
