**Role Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Barclays. As an Assistant Vice President, you will play a pivotal role in the monthly off-boarding process, driving continuous improvement and offboarding team project streams. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring the correct level of service is provided to clients by the Know Your Customer team.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Support day-to-day Wholesale Onboarding initiatives, including KYC processing, reviewing, reporting, trading, and issue resolution.
- Collaborate with clients and front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence to onboard or refresh a client's KYC in line with documented policy.
- Develop and implement Wholesale Onboarding procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
- Develop reports and presentations on Wholesale Onboarding performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
- Participate in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale Onboarding efficiency and effectiveness.
- Identify ways to mitigate risk and develop new policies/procedures in support of the control and governance agenda.
- Take ownership for managing risk and strengthening controls in relation to the work done.
- Engage in complex analysis of data from multiple sources to solve problems creatively and effectively.
- Communicate complex information, which could include sensitive information or information that is difficult to communicate because of its content or its audience.
