About the Role:

2M Legal is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor to join our team. As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will be responsible for building your own client portfolio, assisting sellers, buyers, landlords, and tenants, and negotiating lease terms on a volume portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Your Own Client Portfolio: You will have the opportunity to build a client portfolio that is the envy of every other solicitor in town. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their goals.
  • Large-Scale Disposal Programme: You will assist our clients in disposing of their real estate assets, ensuring they receive the best possible outcome. This will involve negotiating with buyers, sellers, and other stakeholders to achieve a successful transaction.
  • Renegotiating Lease Terms on a Volume Portfolio: You will have the opportunity to renegotiate leases for multiple properties, using your negotiation skills to secure the best possible terms for our clients.
  • Securing Option Agreements & Conditional Contracts for Land Development Projects: You will work with our clients to secure option agreements and conditional contracts for land development projects, turning empty plots into goldmines.
  • Assisting Sellers, Buyers, Landlords, and Tenants: You will be the guiding light in the murky world of commercial property, making the process as smooth as possible for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Between 0-4 years of post-qualification experience
  • A natural-born dealmaker with the charm of a negotiator and the precision of a contract ninja
  • A love for making complex things simple
  • A sense of humor
