Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will thrive in a dynamic setting, delivering expert support to management through both verbal and written communication.

  • Possess a comprehensive understanding of absence management, employee well-being, and family-oriented policies.
  • Oversee the administration of both long-term and short-term absence, flexible working arrangements, and all family-related policies and procedures.
  • Promote sound employment practices by providing clear, actionable advice in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines.
  • Utilize a practical mindset to offer solutions to management while adhering to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Ensure meticulous documentation of case management details within the Case Management System, driving cases to resolution while maintaining accurate personnel records.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, demonstrating initiative.

  • Experience in applying a commercial and pragmatic approach to HR risk management in difficult scenarios.
