Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Junior Business Partner to join our team at James Andrews Recruitment Solutions Ltd. As a Junior Business Partner, you will play a key role in building and maintaining trusted relationships with stakeholders, holding regular reviews to review their people, and working with other teams within the People function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain trusted relationships with stakeholders, including regular reviews to review their people and provide guidance on HR-related matters.
- HR Operations: Work with other teams within the People function, including Recruitment and Learning & Development, to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.
- Talent Management: Complete talent reviews with stakeholders, agree actions, and proactively monitor progress of these.
- Employee Relations: Support with upskilling of managers and managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
- Business Support: Support with new store openings and closure processes, and deal with TUPE processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: Ideally previous experience in a similar generalist HR/People role, with proven experience of managing employee relations cases, including complex cases.
- Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to make impact and build effective relationships, ability to collaborate, persuade and influence, and to be assertive, resilient and tenacious with the ability to work well under pressure and overcome setbacks and changing priorities.
