Birmingham Mammography Bank Opportunities

We are seeking experienced Mammography professionals to join our Bank team at The Harborne Hospital in Birmingham. As a member of our Bank, you will have the flexibility to choose from a range of shifts across our network of leading private hospitals.

About the Role

As a Senior Mammographer, you will be responsible for performing quality control functions related to mammography, undertaking administrative duties, and participating in symptomatic breast clinics. You will also have the opportunity to work alongside leading consultants and expert colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform quality control functions related to mammography
  • Undertake administrative duties involved with the Mammography service
  • Participate in symptomatic breast clinics
  • Biopsy experience, including VAB and Stereotactic
  • Mammography screening

Requirements

  • HCPC registration
  • Post Graduate qualification in Mammography
  • Extensive experience of working within Mammography in the UK
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Great communication skills
