Co Headteacher Position

Location: Surrey (Minimum 4 days in school per week)
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Co-Headteacher to join our team at an all-through SEN school. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the educational experience of our students.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the school in partnership with the Co-Headteacher, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance educational outcomes and student well-being.
- Foster a positive school culture that promotes inclusivity, respect, and collaboration.
- Oversee the professional development of staff, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their best.
- Engage with parents, carers, and the wider community to build strong, supportive relationships.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, regulations, and safeguarding procedures.
- Holds a qualified teacher status (QTS) and has substantial experience in a leadership role within an SEN setting.
- Demonstrates strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Has a deep understanding of SEN best practices and a commitment to inclusive education.
- Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
- Is resilient, adaptable, and solution-focused, able to navigate challenges with a positive attitude.
