Job Title: Client Manager

At Verge Digital, we're seeking a skilled Client Manager to join our team. As a Client Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their marketing needs are met and that they receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage client relationships, overseeing the execution of marketing campaigns and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations and insights to help clients meet their marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and budgets, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
  • Proactively anticipate potential challenges and provide recommendations to mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of client management experience in a marketing agency or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of full-stack marketing services, including digital, creative, traditional, social, and content marketing.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and timelines.
