Job Role and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Room Leader to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to our children, working closely with the wider team to ensure their safety and well-being. You will also be expected to manage and motivate the team, creating a positive and productive working environment.

Key Requirements
  • Qualified with a recognized Level 3 in Early Years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Current and valid First Aid certificate
