Job Title: Part Time Client Advisors

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Part Time Client Advisors to join our team. As a Part Time Client Advisors, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences, driving footfall to the store, and achieving KPI targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure exceptional client experiences through personalized styling sessions and exceptional customer service.
  • Deliver outstanding styling sessions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Establish loyalty within the community by fostering strong relationships with clients.
  • Foster client outreach program to drive footfall to the store through online booking services and in-store events.
  • Strive to reach KPI targets and support maintaining a KPI-driven environment.
  • Drive in-store shopping events through your client database and establish a program to foster client relationships.
  • Secure all sales and manage stock in all aspects.

Professional Qualifications:

  • Background within a similar industry for at least 2 years.
  • Experience with sales and working within a results-driven and goal-oriented environment.
  • Omnichannel and omnicommerce understanding.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work on weekends is required.
