As a Health and Wellness Trainer at Nuffield Health, you will be engaging, sociable, and approachable. Whether you are an experienced trainer or newly certified, it is essential that you possess REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or higher). Your communication skills will be vital, as you will need to listen attentively, comprehend, and convey information effectively.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Accessing Nuffield Health's extensive array of services.
  • Inspiring and guiding members to achieve their fitness aspirations and lead healthier lives.
  • Confidently conducting various sessions and consultations.
  • Performing high-quality inductions, Personal Best programs, group and individual training sessions, along with general gym responsibilities.
  • Enjoying clear career advancement opportunities with exceptional pathways for progression.
  • Exploring potential advancement into Wellbeing Lead and managerial positions.
  • Taking advantage of further training through our in-house Personal Best program, including upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycling, as well as additional CPD opportunities.

Salary is structured around a 40-hour work week, consisting of 32 hours on the gym floor and 8 hours dedicated to personal training sessions. As your client base expands, you will reduce your gym floor hours to maximize your earning potential of up to £34,116.16 OTE.

During the probation period, all contracts will require a minimum of 24 gym floor hours to ensure a guaranteed minimum salary. Your earnings will increase as you build your client base and enhance your earning potential.

PT sessions follow a sliding scale; the more sessions you conduct, the greater your take-home earnings.
