  3. Quality Control: Inspect instruments for damage and functionality, maintaining accurate records of sterilization processes and ensuring that all equipment meets our high standards.
  4. Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain inventory levels of sterile supplies, ensuring that our facilities are always equipped with the necessary equipment and materials.
  5. Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure equipment readiness, and communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless operations.
  6. Safety and Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines for handling infectious materials, and ensure that all equipment and procedures meet regulatory requirements.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Certification and Training: Certification or training in sterile processing is preferred, but not required. We are willing to provide training and development opportunities for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment, attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a healthcare or sterile processing environment, familiarity with infection control practices and regulations, and strong communication and teamwork skills are highly desirable.
