Job Title: Academic and Communities Marketing Executive

Location: Bury (Office Based / Hybrid)

Package: £34-36'000k and performance-based bonuses.

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. A typically Digital Role, we are looking for experienced creative individuals with a passion for digital marketing and a keen understanding of the IT landscape and technology solutions.

The Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies & campaigns that focus on brand awareness activities, generate leads, and drive customer engagement to the portfolio of IT and Telecommunication Solutions offered.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Design and execute comprehensive marketing plans that align with business goals, including online and offline campaigns, content marketing, and social media strategies.
  2. Content Creation and Management: Create engaging content for various platforms (website, blog, social media, newsletters, etc.) This includes writing blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.
  3. Digital Marketing Campaigns: Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, such as Google Ads, social media, email marketing, and SEO to maximize ROI.
  4. Brand Management: Maintain and enhance the company's brand presence, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and materials.
  5. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities. Analyze campaign performance data to refine and optimize strategies.
  6. Event Planning and Management: Plan, organize, and manage webinars, trade shows, and other events to promote products and services.
  7. Customer Engagement and Relationship Building: Foster relationships with customers and partners to enhance brand loyalty

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably within the technology or IT services industry.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing – including content creation, SEO, PPC, and social media management.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven marketing.
  • Creative thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
  • Understanding of B2B marketing and lead generation strategies.
