Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the full lifecycle of sprinkler system projects, from initial planning and design to installation and final handover.
- Coordinate and liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project requirements are met.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Conduct site inspections and risk assessments to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
- Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, cost estimates, and change orders.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, including LPCB and other relevant certifications.
- Foster strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Support the continuous improvement of project management processes and practices.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally within the fire protection or construction industry.
- Strong understanding of sprinkler systems and fire protection solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant tools.
- Relevant qualifications in project management, engineering, or a related field are advantageous.
- Knowledge of LPCB standards and other industry regulations.
- Valid UK driving licence and willingness to travel to various project sites.
