Position Overview

Role: Machine Operator

Contract Type: Ongoing Temporary

Shift Patterns: 2 Shift and 3 Shift Options Available

Hourly Rate: £14.16 for 2 Shift, £14.86 for 3 Shift

Experience Required: Previous machine operating experience in a production environment is essential.

About the Role

Kinetic Recruitment is actively seeking skilled Machine Operators for long-term temporary contracts. The successful candidates will be engaged at a prominent manufacturing site.

The role involves the following responsibilities:

  • Setting up, operating, and monitoring manufacturing machinery.
  • Completing all necessary documentation in accordance with quality standards.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Returning all tools and equipment to designated locations after use.
  • Assisting the on-shift supervisor with assembly and testing operations.
  • Following Standard Operating Instructions (SOIs) and Risk Assessments for all production tasks.
