Job Summary:
The TLA Group is seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team in a community specialist role. As a key member of our team, you will provide specialist, multi-disciplinary input under the Transforming Care Programme to autistic children, adolescents, and adults up to 25 in order to prevent a mental health hospital admission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide specialist psychological input to autistic individuals and their families in a community setting.
- Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Conduct assessments and provide interventions to promote mental health and well-being.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of the team's strategic plan.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field.
- Registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
- Experience working with autistic individuals and their families in a community setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
