About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Personal Care Assistant to join our team at Fountaindale School. As a Personal Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the physical and emotional wellbeing of our pupils with profound and multiple learning needs, complex physical and medical needs, and sensory needs.

Your key responsibilities will include promoting pupil independence, supporting pupils with their personal and postural care needs, following individual behaviour management strategies, and supporting children to access learning. You will work as a valued member of the class team to provide high-quality care and support to our pupils.
