Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Legal and Financial Officer to join our team in London. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with exceptional problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, in addition to a strong legal and financial background.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal support and advice across all entities.
  • Ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
  • Manage legal risks and resolve disputes.
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with regulations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial needs of each entity to optimize resource allocation and financial strategies.
  • Lead and manage projects across different entities.

Requirements:
