About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Audit and Accounts Senior to join our team in Exeter. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and delivering audit services to clients across various industries, as well as reviewing and preparing year-end accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and deliver audit services to clients, ensuring high-quality work and timely completion
  • Review and prepare year-end accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain client relationships, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion
  • Collaborate with the wider tax advisory and business services teams to deliver project work and support team growth
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be an ACA/ACCA qualified Audit and Accounts Senior or similar level professional with a career background in audit/accounts, developed within an accountancy practice firm environment. You will have a strong track record of delivering high-quality work, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £36,000 - £40,000 plus benefits, negotiable around experience and background. You will have the opportunity to work with a fast-growing firm of chartered accountants, with a clear progression path and opportunities for career development.
