About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Analyst to join our Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust team. As a key member of our Cancer Analytics and Digital Service (CADS) leadership team, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality business intelligence to clinical and operational leadership for strategic, operational, and research purposes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain complex data models and business intelligence solutions to support cancer pathway improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions to drive business outcomes
  • Provide data analysis and insights to inform business decisions and drive process improvements
  • Develop and maintain data quality and governance processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in data analysis and business intelligence, preferably in a healthcare or related industry
  • Strong technical skills in data modeling, data visualization, and data governance
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends and insights
