Qualifications

You will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail setting
  • Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules
  • Previous experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
  • A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a successful team
  • Experience in planning and executing in-store events

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
