Qualifications
You will possess:
- Demonstrated experience in retail management or assistant management, preferably in beauty or a fast-paced retail setting
- Experience in setting sales and customer service targets, conducting sales analysis, and managing staff schedules
- Previous experience in retail operations, including inventory management and cash reconciliation
- A proven history of leading, coaching, and developing a successful team
- Experience in planning and executing in-store events
- Flexible availability across various days and hours; we encourage all team members to maintain a healthy work-life balance, so please discuss your availability with the hiring manager during the interview
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Proof of eligibility to live and work in the country
