Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Door Supervisor to join our team at Sports Direct.

As a Retail Door Supervisor, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming, safe, and secure shopping and working environment.

You will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, providing a presence to protect and minimize stock loss in store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a visible presence to deter potential risks and threats to the store
  • Assist the store management in maintaining a safe and secure environment
  • Identify and communicate risks, complete safety and security checks, and report information
  • Act as a deterrent on the shop floor and ensure company policies and standards are adhered to

Requirements

We are looking for a self-motivated and confident individual with previous experience working in a retail environment.

You should be committed to working as part of a team, have excellent communication skills, and be able to build great relationships with store teams, visitors, and customers.
