Job Opportunity at Yard and Groom

We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team at Yard and Groom, a small family-run stud farm specializing in polo ponies and racehorses. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling youngstock and weaning foals, as well as experience with foaling mares in the spring.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the daily care and handling of youngstock, including feeding, grooming, and exercising.
  • Support the breeding program by helping with foaling and weaning.
  • Contribute to the overall maintenance and upkeep of the stud farm.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in handling youngstock and weaning foals.
  • Strong people skills and ability to work independently.
  • Knowledge of stud farm operations and equine care.
Accommodation
