About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Telesales Executive to join our team at Stoneseed Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve individual and team targets for revenue generation and placements
  • Engage with clients through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings to provide updates, address queries, and strengthen partnerships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market changes, and developments in the recruitment and hiring landscape
About You

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You should have a desire to succeed, be a self-starter, and a team player.

Essential skills include current or previous outbound telesales experience, solid experience of working within a team environment, and the ability to manage and grow a sales pipeline. You should be comfortable with cold calling prospective clients and using lead generation tools.
