Job DescriptionWe are seeking an exceptional Head of Investments to join our team in London or Copenhagen. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for your own portfolio and the entire deal journey from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities- Deal Sourcing: Identify and secure high-quality investment opportunities in the market.
- Deal Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of companies, markets, industries, and teams to make informed investment decisions.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate term sheets and close investment rounds with our partners.
- Investment Committee Presentation: Present investment opportunities to our investment committee for review and approval.
- Portfolio Management: Oversee the performance of our portfolio companies and provide strategic guidance to ensure their growth and success.
- Experience: 2-5 years of experience in venture capital, entrepreneurship, consulting, banking, or similar.
- Education: Bachelor or master's degree with excellent results.
- Skills: Exceptional analytical and structured problem-solving skills, genuine interest in learning and proactively seeking ways to improve, high work ethic and a sense of urgency, ability to close deals, unusual drive and desire to be the best at what you do, proactive approach and taking ownership of everything you do, passion for analyzing and investing in companies, ability to sell yourself and CVX Ventures.
