Working Hours: 10 AM to 2 PM

The primary responsibility of the Housekeeper is to maintain our properties in impeccable condition, ensuring that every guest feels as though they are the first to experience the space.

• Conduct thorough check-out inspections of the premises.
• Identify and report any maintenance issues promptly.
• Estimate cleaning hours accurately by utilizing the Property Management System.
• Ensure that cleaning supplies are stocked and readily available.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all rooms to meet guest expectations.
• Perform essential housekeeping tasks, including changing linens, arranging towels, emptying waste bins, restocking toiletries, vacuuming, dusting, and resetting rooms post-checkout.
• Clean both guest rooms and common areas, which includes vacuuming, dusting, removing larger debris, cleaning glass surfaces, spot cleaning walls and doors, sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing restrooms.
• Transport soiled linens to designated cleaning areas and replenish with fresh linens.
• Assist in maintaining cleanliness in communal spaces as needed, working closely with the Property Manager and Maintenance Staff.
• Ensure that outdoor areas, including gardens, are kept tidy and well-maintained.
• Regularly check paved areas for weeds and maintain a clean appearance.
