Branch Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Branch Supervisor to join our team at William Wilson Limited in Kirkcaldy. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for supporting the Branch Manager in the day-to-day running of the branch, building strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Branch Manager in the management of the branch, including day-to-day operations and stock control.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, responding to their queries and resolving any issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service on the trade counter, offering advice and product knowledge to customers.
  • Contribute to the merchandising of the branch, ensuring that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing way.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including goods in and out, picking and packing customer orders.
Requirements:
  • Previous industry or merchant experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
  • Confidence in interacting with customers and suppliers, with a strong customer service focus.
