The Floorbrite Group is seeking a skilled Window Cleaning Professional to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and maintenance for our clients' facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out all window cleaning tasks in accordance with our cleaning schedule and protocols.
- Take ownership of Health and Safety for yourself and others at work, ensuring a safe working environment at all times.
- Complete all work in accordance with current legal Health and Safety requirements and company policies.
- Ensure all equipment and materials are maintained in a clean and safe working order.
- Report any machine or building faults to your line manager promptly.
- Respond courteously to customer and management requests, providing excellent customer service.
Requirements:
- A full clean UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Previous experience within the window cleaning industry is highly desirable.
- Previous cherry picker experience is also beneficial.
- You must be confident and competent working at height and able to provide 2 checkable work references.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
