Join Our Team as a Head Bartender at Hotel Du Vin

We're looking for a skilled and charismatic Head Bartender to lead our team at Hotel Du Vin. As a key member of our F&B team, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales through your expertise and passion for mixology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of bartenders to deliver high-quality drinks and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement new cocktail menus and promotions to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create innovative food and drink pairings
  • Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety standards
