We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Reactive Recruitment. As a Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and support to our residents in a nursing home setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and evaluate care to residents, ensuring their unique needs are met.
- Administer medication as prescribed, monitoring residents for any effects.
- Ensure safe storage and control of stock drugs, preventing overstocking or expiration.
- Liaise with residents, staff, GPs, and other team members to promote quality care.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least one year of experience working in a nursing home setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
