Position Overview:The Lead Corporate Partnerships Manager will take charge of expanding and enhancing our corporate partnerships across a diverse range of initiatives, identifying and leveraging opportunities to generate funding and increase awareness of our essential work in supporting and advocating for hospice care throughout the UK.
As a seasoned Account Manager, you will possess the ability to identify opportunities across all of Hospice UK's initiatives to optimize these partnerships. This includes adding strategic value to our fundraising efforts with various partners, enhancing our collaborations, and supporting the growth of our community grant programs. You will manage a portfolio of corporate partnerships valued at £1.2m.
Ideal Candidate Profile:We seek an individual with expertise in relationship management, a proven track record in managing high-value partnerships, and the ability to demonstrate growth in partnerships and client engagement. You should be adept at engaging employees, crafting compelling proposals, and possess strong project management skills. Our corporate partnerships are varied, necessitating tailored management across the portfolio.
As part of our expanding Corporate Development team, you will have the opportunity to lead and grow our Partnership Management team, contributing to our ambitious plans to diversify corporate income and develop new revenue streams and programs. We are looking for a strategic thinker with robust partnership management experience and the vision to enhance and expand our existing high-profile relationships.
Work Environment: We promote a flexible work culture that recognizes the unique needs and preferences of each role. Team members collaborate with their managers to determine the most effective work arrangements that balance personal needs with the organization's objectives.
Our office is conveniently located, and for this role, you will be expected to work in the office a couple of days each week, with flexibility based on team meetings and other commitments. Additionally, travel to corporate partner events and in-person meetings will be required, which may necessitate more frequent office attendance during certain weeks.
Employment Type: This is a permanent, full-time position requiring 35 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.
- 25 days of annual leave, increasing to 30 days after two years, plus an additional 10 days for every five years of service.
